Shooting of COLD LIGHT has started!

It's been a long journey for director/screenwriter Hilmar Oddsson who fell in love with the book 15 years ago. Along with producer, Fridrik Thor, he has been developoing the project for the last 10 years, writing the screenplay and raising the money. So when the shooting finally got underway, on November 26th, it was a bittersweet milestone for Oddson; the end of on long journey and the beginning of another.

Today, Dec. 4th, a retrospective on Fridrik Thor Fridriksson starts in The Scandinavia House in New York City. Falcons, Cold Fever and Angels of the Universe are screened Dec 4.-6. and Fridrik Thor will attend those screenings. On Dec 11. and 18. Children of Nature and Movie Days will also be screened. The screening of Falcons is the New York premiere.

World Sales Rights for FALCONS signed to Bavaria

The Icelandic Film Corporation has made a deal with Bavaria concerning FALCONS, the new film by Fridrik Thor Fridriksson. Bavaria will handle all rights for the film worldwide. In addition, Bavaria aims to secure rights for Fridrik Thor's older titles plus the rights to future projects of IFC.
