Synopsis

What could be better than knowing ones future? What could be worse? 

Grimur, can´t come to terms with a feeling of guilt he has
carried since he lost his family in a tragedy that he thinks he
could have prevented. In his childhood, a mystical talent had
tormented him with visions of he future - now he must learn
to let go of the haunting visions of his past and accept all the
good things that life has to offer.

Cold Light is warm story about the power of friendship and
love to conquer death. Set against the magnificent landscape
of the Icelandic fjords, where man can benefit from nature’s
gentleness and generosity, but must pay the price when nature
shows her dark and cruel face. Cold Light is a story of hope
and belief - that in the life of man as well as in nature - death
is followed by rebirth.
